As it remains crucial to us that you remain satisfied with your DEIF equipment and solutions for many years, we also offer preventive maintenance service onboard your vessels or platform when the warranty time has expired. 

Situation assessment report

During our visit we will make a complete situation assessment report and pinpoint critical issues requiring immediate action and potential areas for improvement:

Inspection of DEIF equipment:

• Are your system settings optimal?
• Would a retrofit reduce your daily costs?
• Will a firmware upgrade improve the system performance?
• Has the crew been trained in operating the DEIF equipment?

Storage of the situation assessment report on a secured DEIF server (reference IMO no.)

Based on the situation assessment report data, we are for instance able to offer the following:

• Exchange of critical components
• Spare parts
• Additional functionality
