On Tuesday, 28 October 2025, DEIF Australasia celebrated a milestone in Notting Hill, Victoria, by hosting both the inaugural DEIF Connect Distributor & Partner Forum and the grand opening of its new Melbourne office. The day brought together over fifty distinguished guests from more than twenty partner companies, making it a true gathering of industry leaders, collaborators, and innovators.

The morning commenced with the DEIF Connect Forum at OMNICO Business Park. Brett Caspers, General Manager of DEIF AUS, welcomed attendees and set a tone of openness and partnership. The forum began with introductions from the DEIF team and representatives from each participating company, who shared their experiences with DEIF solutions, presented case studies, and offered valuable feedback.

DEIF is committed to supporting the reduction of global CO₂ emissions-primarily through upgrading wind turbines-and to transforming its product portfolio toward clean and green energy applications. Sales & Marketing: Jean-Michel Caillol (Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing) and Hansen Li (Vice President, Region EASIA) presented ambitious global and regional sales goals for 2025–2026. Their focus is on customer proximity, agile market response, and leveraging DEIF’s strong position in decentralized power control solutions for both land and sea. The team outlined growth opportunities in sectors such as data centers, marine, and renewable energy, and emphasized the importance of digital marketing, local presence, and channel partnerships. DEIF’s integrated approach ensures that marketing and sales initiatives are closely aligned with customer needs and market trends, supporting continued growth and leadership in the industry.
Product Portfolio & Roadmap: Badrinarayanan Suresh (Senior Vice President, Business Development) delivered updates on product lifecycles, upcoming releases, and best practices for market introduction.
Technical Innovations: The technical sessions showcased DEIF’s commitment to product innovation and application flexibility:
- Vitor Lory (Senior Manager, Technical Product Management), introduced the iEx 50 Portfolio, highlighting its adaptability for critical power and automation projects.
- Jacob Danielsen (Team Leader & Product Business Manager, New Energy Tech & Storage) presented the next-generation Hybrid PMS, highlighting scalable solutions for both greenfield and brownfield applications. To engage the audience, a live quiz was held during the session, testing participants’ knowledge of DEIF’s hybrid technologies. The guest with the highest score received a special gift brought from Denmark.
- Alexander Gröber (Vice President, Application) discussed iE Convert and DEIF’s global support structure, emphasizing certification readiness for the Australian market.

The ribbon-cutting ceremony was then performed by Toke Foss, Christian Nielsen, and Brett Caspers together, symbolizing the company’s ongoing investment in the Australian market.
